Winona - MSD BJD - 39cm - 15.4" Limited edition 120
Winona is an MSD resin ball jointed doll - 39 cm tall. Winona means "first daughter" in Native American Indian. She was sculpted to represent a young Chinese/American Indian child. Slightly shy but curious - she is sure to make you smile! Winona's outfit is a direct copy from 1920s fashions. Her body is a chubby child body and is full jointed. Extra clothing will be made available at a later date in limited quantities. Winona will be produced in an edition of 120 dressed and painted dolls. She will come with factory faceups that will be enhanced by Connie personally. Winona will also come with TWO WIGS. Each wig represents a different part of her heritage. The Mohair braids represent her native american background and the bobbed synthetic Mohair wig shows her Chinese roots. Winona will be produced in an edition of 120 dressed and painted dolls. There will also be 30 more artist editions made from this sculpt for a total of 150 produced from this sculpt. It will not be released again Photos of the body shown below so you can see the articulation. Eppie and Winona have the same body but have two totally different looks. Delivery will be April/May 2012
